Left
on Eby Creek Rd. (go under the railroad pass)
Right
on Hwy 6
Left on Capitol Street
Continue
to 3-way stop

on Bull Pasture Rd.
Drive
to the end of Bull Pasture Rd. (where EPIR is located).
Coming from Eagle County Airport or Gypsum
Take Hwy 6 east to Eagle
Right on 5th Street
